⚖️ Foods to balance yin and yang
Your constitution determines whether you need cooling (yin) or warming (yang) foods.
Yin deficiency (overheating): Eat more cucumber, watermelon, tofu, mung beans – cooling and moistening.
Yang deficiency (feeling cold): Add ginger, cinnamon, lamb, walnuts – warming and energizing.
Most people need a mix. Listen to your body after meals.
